Terms & cancellation

1. Pricing

The online price is an estimated range based on your home's size, the service and any add-ons. We confirm the final price with you (a quick photo or call) before the clean. We never charge more than the confirmed price without your approval.

Every visit has a $168 minimum.

2. Payment

You pay after the clean. We send you a clear receipt.

3. Rescheduling & cancellations

• Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Just text (689) 227-9211.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or we can't get into the home, a late-cancellation fee may apply. [amount to be set]

4. Our 24-hour make-it-right promise

If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll come back to fix it at no cost. You can reach the owners directly.

5. Damage

Orange is licensed and insured. If something is damaged during a clean, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we'll work it out with you.

6. Welcome gift

$30 off a new client's first clean. One per household. Applied after the $168 minimum. No cash value.

7. Access, pets & safety

Tell us how to get in and about any pets. We may decline areas with health hazards (mold, pests, biohazards).
